Scope of the personal data protection policy
This personal data protection policy covers any data treatment that may occur in the presentation of our face-to-face services, when browsing or interacting with any of our web pages or the social networks in which we may have a presence (Linkedin , youtube, etc.). At the end of this document, special information is specified in the case of the use of social networks. For the publication of photographs or videos of our employees, clients, users or minors on the Web or social networks, as well as collecting data to make a contest or dealing with any other personal data, we previously obtained the prior, explicit, indisputable consent and informed of the holder that, in the case of minors of 14 years, is granted by parents or legal guardians.
The treatment of these photos complies with the principle of proportionality, that is, they are only dealt with strictly for the purpose for which consent has been given.

Social Networks
The functioning of social networks is not under the control of ACTELGRUP., And therefore the information that it publishes will be shared by all the users that consult them. Likewise, these networks allow the interaction with other users, and therefore, they detail some premises that must be taken into account.
The purpose of the use of social networks is to give visibility and dissemination of the services provided by ACTELGRUP.
In principle, the same data protection policy as specified in this document applies, as regards the collection, processing and transfer of data.
